Question. I naturally change many files on my disk everyday. How can I tell ADinf to skip these legal modifications in its report?
Answer.

You can exclude a folder from check by assigning the "hide changes" attribute to the folder. ADinf will ignore harmless changes made to files located in the folder. However, if ADinf detects something suspicious (for example, a file has been modified but its date stamp has remained unaltered), it will alert you anyway.

ADinf32 offers substantially enhanced check levels. Now, you can exclude from check not only folders, but individual files too. Check levels can be changed interactively while viewing scan results, with the dynamic update of the results without re-scanning your system.
